Totally stressful day at work today... It sucked, but oh well. I'm starting to feel really good, I am already falling in love with this way of life! Had my regular breakfast andlunch, and a totally amazing dinner omg yum!
Baked chicken breast smothered in olive oil, onions, garlic, oregino, basil and pepper. Also had snow peas tossed in toasted sesame oil and pepper, and fennel tossed in olive oil and sea salt and toasted in the oven...
Well its late for me and I have to work tomorrow...
I'm a 30 yr old married full time working mother of 2. In my quest for health hubby and I are going to try doing Paleo for 30 days, along with exercise to see how it works for us. We will be following the basics you can find in the book "The Paleo Solution The Original Human Diet" by Robb Wolf
