Day 4 down, 26 days to go.. Well once again veggie omelet for breakfast, mixed greens with steak for lunch
Snacks were celery, pistachios, almonds, hard boiled egg
Dinner was london broil with artichoke, and asparagus.
I made a great dressing for the choke with my magic bullet..
1/4th cup olive oil, pepper, oregino, basil, 3 cloves of garlic, vinegar and dried onions. Then blended
Very well.. It was AMAZING!
I was bad and weigh myself today, I had to know if it was working, I'm down to 177.
So I have read a few paleo books and I feel like they all seem to say different things are ok, like in everyday paleo they use honey in recipes... I dunno, ill deff steer clear of that stuff... Well it's almost bed time & almost day 5! Go us for sticking this long so far ....
Oh and I still been getting headaches, I can't wait till that stops.....
